When you work with me, this exploration will look like individual coaching to connect with your body’s wisdom. It may also include coaching sessions while walking through nature, or coaching sessions that include Thai Yoga Massage, breathing techniques, EFT tapping, meditation, mindful movement, and beyond! Coaching sessions with you will be customized to exactly what your mind and body need according to the season of life you are experiencing.
